Taylor Engineering manufacture plastic mouldings. They have four sites in Rochdale and have been looking to reduce their gas consumption and make the factories more energy efficient.

The scope of work consisted of:

  • Designing a completely new heating system for one site and providing estimated annual running cost savings.
  • Removal of the old heating system and installing a new warm air system consisting of suspended high efficiency unit heaters and de-stratification fans.

The new system is expected to pay for itself within two years.
