Kingspan manufacture composite insulated panels for the cold storage and construction industry. Our work for Kingspan Burtonwood site has been ongoing over the past seven years. It is vital for them that their heating is well maintained and that we are on hand to go out to any breakdowns without delay, so that their manufacturing process is not disrupted.
 
Scope:

The scope of work has consisted of:

  • Installing several ducted oil-fired warm air heaters to heat the manufacturing areas.
  • Installing a medium pressure hot water process heating system, with two large Veissmann oil boilers supplying a process heat exchanger.
  • Undertaking regular maintenance of the various systems.
